This was a fairly relaxed day. In holiday “wind-down” mode, we just had a stroll down to the river and along the sandy beach (gloriously clear blue water and steep valley sides covered in eucalyptus). After lunch we then walked into the local town (Pechon) along farm tracks. The town was very quiet, and so we headed back to camp for some reading, card games and dinner.
